In Celtic mythology, Avalon was an island of healing, of power, of deep and lasting peace — and it needed nothing from the outside world to sustain itself. Everything required to restore and to flourish already existed within its shores.

I believe the same is true of you.

You were not born broken. You were born with wisdom, with instinct, with an inner knowing that was always meant to guide you. Somewhere along the way — through painful experiences, difficult relationships, or simply the weight of surviving — you may have been pulled away from that knowing. The world may have taught you to doubt yourself, to shrink, or to look outside yourself for answers that were always yours to begin with.

Therapy, at its heart, is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to who you have always been.

Together, we will work to quiet the noise and to reconnect you with your own inner voice — the one that knows your worth, your needs, and the direction your life wants to move in. Using a variety of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including hypnotherapy, I will help you not only hear that voice but learn to trust it deeply and consistently.

The goal is not for you to need me indefinitely. The goal is for you to leave our work together more connected to yourself than ever before — so that long after therapy ends, you carry your greatest resource with you wherever you go.

Your inner Avalon is waiting. It never left.

What Does “Avalon Path” Mean?

We all have a better guide in ourselves, if we would attend to it, than any other person can be.
